When you create a merchant account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and store details. When customers shop on a CruxWild store, we collect the order and delivery information needed to fulfil their purchase.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to operate your storefront, process orders, send WhatsApp order notifications, provide customer support, and improve the platform. We do not sell merchant or customer data to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paystack. Card and bank details are handled directly by Paystack under its own privacy policy — CruxWild Storefronts does not store your customers' full card or bank account numbers.
4. WhatsApp Notifications
If you enable WhatsApp order alerts, we share the minimum order details needed (order number, items, customer contact) with the WhatsApp Business API to deliver those notifications.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, messaging) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of CruxWild Storefronts, merchants, or customers.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage merchants to use strong, unique account passwords.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
